P+ Fri Opsparing
If you are employed under a public-sector collective agreement and a member of P+, you have, as from 1 August 2025, the option of deposit the portion of your total pension contribution that exceeds 15 percent into a new savings scheme called P+ Fri Opsparing. The savings scheme is the result of the 2024 collective bargaining negotiations.

If you are subject to a collective agreement within the regional sector, it is unfortunately not yet possible to make contributions to P+ Fri Opsparing. Work is underway to finalise the remaining details of the IT systems’ reporting to the pension funds. Unfortunately, this also applies to a number of municipal employers. We expect that you – and you employer – will receive further information in the near future.
